SHI PROGRAMS

The Strengthening Health Institute (SHI) is a
non-profit educational organization offering a
variety of instructional programs centering on
Macrobiotic Lifestyle and Health. It is known for
its practical approach to “demystifying”
macrobiotics, its emphasis on changing direction
from sickness to health (or simply maintaining good
vibrant health), and the importance it places on
creating balance in one’s life.
It's foundation program is the "Strengthening Health
Intensive". Programs that follow and extend this
foundation-building course are: The year long
“Comprehensive Certificate Program” and the
“Continuing Macrobiotic Education Program”.
